Halcro eclipse vivid audio show

First thoughts? Anything changed from the old Halcro or is it a new internal redesign?
Sounds really good .
Fast clean dynamic sound with excellent basscontrol.
Better then the old one ???
I dont know, i d have to compare them side by side for a certain amount of time .
The vivids also sound very good .

I was an original Halcro dealer back in the day and I am now the US distributor for the "new" Halcro products. I have had the new Eclipse for a few months and I think it is a wonderful sounding amplifier. I have it in my showroom and I am thrilled with the way it sounds. I do believe that the original Halcro was probably limited by the preamp they had then but do not have now. I hope they will design a new one in the near future that truly can let the Eclipse sing!

I'm listening on a Mac with crap speakers- it still sounds real. WTH?!?!

FYI Halcro is now in full production and product should be available this summer on a regular schedule. They are working on a new preamp as well that should be available at the end of the year. My first pair of mono blocks is due late this month or early July.
The eclipse stereo is IMO a worthy contender and not crazy priced compared to some of what is in the market. Its also IMO seriously cool looking!
