It depends on the relationship with the user and Goldmund. Normally the Goldmund folks install the configurator, but in cases where the user is very proficient, then sometimes they use the configurator, but only again if they have a relationship with either their local Goldmund rep/distributor or the tech people at Goldmund.[/QUOT
I should add that if someone buys a used pair of Goldmund Satya and just calls up Goldmund and asks for the Leonardo sw and access to the Goldmund configurator the answer would be that it is not available for customer's use.
