Seems Ben Affleck is doing great even though he wasn't nominated for Best Director at the Oscars. Nonetheless he again scores big at the Golden Globes with Best Director and Best Movie for Argo.

Looks like the admonitions given to Academy members not to vote for Zero Dark Thirty because of the graphic depiction of torture at the beginning is working
