For DIYers: Mouser - exceptional customer service

Just passing on the amazing experience I've been having over the years with Mouser, buying various electronics parts. The other day, I placed an order for $53, to be shipped 2Day Air. They missed shipping out the items due to storms in Texas, and they automatically upgraded to standard overnight, to meet the promised delivery date... Again, for an order worth $53 including tax and original shipping cost.

Never ever had an issue with these folks!

I order a lot from them. Digikey is good too. They're kind of all there is for most parts. But I like the look of Mouser, it's way easier on the eyes.

I also buy from Mouser. Many times I order second day and they upgrade me to standard overnight. Whenever I have had issues, they sent me the replacement parts 2nd day and tell me to keep the other parts. Tech support is also very good.
