Better than a recording, I was there.:p

Add to the list Renaissance Live at Carnegie Hall, which includes superb live versions of Song of Scheherazade and Ashes are Burning.

Rob, I saw GG perform at the Whisky or Roxy (can't recall which) back in '71 or so. Very small venue and they were superb!

Yes they were never in the big stadiums. I saw them a couple of times in the Calderone which was a converted movie theater. Maybe 1000 seats with the balcony. A very pleasant memory also saw them in the old Felt Forum in Manhattan. They were on a late night 12Pm double show with Focus off all bands! It was blast! You ever see Greenslade??

Rob:)

No Greenslade, unfortunately. Prog-wise I've seen:

GG only the one time
Genesis only the one time
ELP multiple times
Jethro Tull multiple times
Pink Floyd once (at the bowl in "quadraphonic")
Renaissance once
Ambrosia once
Supertramp once (the reprise version of the band about 10 years ago)
Rick Wakeman once

Not bad, but I'm a piker compared to Mr. Party. ;-)
