Electro-Voice Old Wood Cab- Know it?

Howdy
Just scored this unit 14.5 x 19 x 21. Buffer material eaten by rodents entering through hole in top
where a screen or such should be.
There's a vertical board which pivots on rear also.
Otherwise a bit rough on exterior but redoable.
Inside are an SP12B Wolverine MR19 & TW35 + 2 CR35's
Can't find the model- was hoping someone would recognize the grille design.
Will hook it up when time avails itself!

I use evs at home as well but never seen this model. Let us know if you find out.
