Japp - it sure was some great memories back in those days. I was a DJ too in the end of the 80’s and I sure miss that time.
The album I was playing while taking the disco-photos of my room was ”A Love Trilogy” with Donna Summer and the first side of the record - ”Try Me, I Know We Can Make It”.

The drummer invented the high hat sound that is the hall mark of disco
Not soul not rock not anything but pure disco in genre
I wonder what genre disco actually is or was. can someone comment please.
the drummer died poor in a nursing home last I read.
he was from the 60 s. Imagine I only new disco late 70 to end of 80 s
