Do you pull the speakers out some for serious listening?

Do you pull the speakers out some for serious listening?

No.. they do slide out, but I lose bass at my listening position.. i Have a room null issue with bass..
they breathe quite well and I have good depth, but wish I had more seating options.

Folsom, Thank you for the inspiration.. The backroom is now the audio room. told the mrs. That I would keep this room “normal” for when the grandkids , family came over.. I Lied. We have other ”formal” rooms that don’t get used.. Sound deepened as expected and better in every way, without any bass issues As I
they now face the deeper part of the room.. and with the Pass, we don’t need the fireplace on..
