An invitation to WBF members to post their best concert shots. No blurry cell phone stuff, just your best-

I am starting backwards from about 2003 on, when I got my first digicam.

That is a very good idea for a thread Andre. ...I wish I could contribute, but my camera is in my head.

* Something really amazing I could do though: Invite someone I know (acquaintance) to register here at WBF as a new member,
and ask him if he wouldn't mind share his 'live music performance' photographs. They are simply amazing! ...The very best of the best!

No link, it has to be from members of WBF. So that is why I proposed what I just mentioned above. ...Fair enough?

Hey Bob, that must be some camera in your head! Actually the camera in my head has also taken my very best shots.:)

Absolutely, please invite your friend! That would fantastic. If he wanted to post links after registering that is cool too.

I am hoping SOMEONE here actually has pix to post too...:p

I won't go there; it is an absolutely fascinating world! ...Just try picturing it yourself. ;)

I'll do my best Andre; and if he shows up, people here are going to be completely in awe!
No links needed; his gorgeous photographs (numerous) speak all by themselves.

Andre, one way or another you are going to meet him, and so the rest of WBF members. ...Thanks to you, for having started this thread!
- Just give it some time; but I can assure you that the time will come.

Again, I wish that I could transfer the shots (photographs) from my head's camera right here right now. :b

P.S. I just discovered that Atane is already a member here! I am now trying to get in contact with him. ...He isn't active, for a long time.
It would be 100% better if it is Atane himself who would share his amazing Concert/Live Music Photography.
It's a long shot I believe because he is a busy man; and one of the best Live Musicians photographers I've ever encounter.
I have so many sources of him, with pictures, photographs, audio gear, posts here and there from the various audio forums where he is a member (but inactive at most places), but I simply don't want to give any link because I'll do everything possible and impossible to get him himself right here in this thread and posting. ...I am getting closer as time passed.

I love your photographs Andre; they are authentic, with a high degree or realism, and all that grain adds to that realism.
Plus! The expression on the artist's faces is captivating in their moment of capture in time. It rings true, and adds that last degree of what's missing today from our music recordings (LPs, CDs, SACDs, and R2R tapes). ...And no matter the speed they are running at.

Love the Rufus Wainwright and Richie Havens pics!

You flatter me Bob.

That wasn't my intention Andre; I just said things the way I feel them when looking at your photographs, no more no less just the truth.

* By the way, that person I was referring to before, and a member here at WBF (but inactive for quite a while); his full name is Atane Ofiaja,
and he's from Nigeria originally, but now live in NYC.
- He has accounts with Twitter, Facebook, Photobucket, Flickr, and he is a member at several audio/photograph/music forums from all over.
I am still trying to get his email address so I can direct him to your thread here. I've already PMed him, but when you're inactive chances are very minimal.

I am so tempted to post some of his Concert/Live Music Photograps, but I won't.

If you don't mind too much Andre, I'll only post his 'Stereo':

Nice system. I am guessing Monitor Audio? I see PS Audio, a JL sub? It's makin' moozik!

Andre-I thought you said no blurry pictures.
