Thought at Munich 2019 this was advertised at 250k. Amazing what three years of pandemic can do to inflation

Bizarre-o-land Audiophilia. A speaker named Dragon that looks like it’s been weaponized. And the playlist menu consists of the most bland audiophile pap played at earsplitting levels. This is an extreme example of why I’ve never wanted to attend an audio show.

Do they come with any documentation like a simple FR graph ??
Should nt be to much to ask for at such prices :)
It will be anyway you want as it is a digital crossover

Yes in theory that is , but the Linn klimax / meridian systems didnt convince me at all .
May be he is willing to send a FR of the Horns after room optimalisation.
Horn units seperately from the get go are usually not very accurate FR wise .
You can off course optimise somewhat , but a graph says it all .
If one states " the best" , then it should also comply to some basic accepted audio standards

There is something playfully Dr. Seuss-like about these speakers. They deserve to be animated and move while playing music. I want to see the music notes floating out ;-)

I agree they should sound nice to be “the best”. But I don’t agree only determining this based on graph. The best graph speakers may not sound good.

Look how much documents/ reports / manuals you get with a 750 K super car .
I m talking a simple acceptable graph ( + - 3 db )
Of course that doesnt tell the whole story .
But there should be some standarisation as is with any industry .

Obviously we are not talking about car here. Let’s focus on documents for $750k speakers.

There are other more traditional-looking, more affordable loudspeakers covered in the article.

China's Ultra-High-End Hi-Fi... Enter The Dragon!

Having now heard them with my own ears, Active Field Coil Drivers - also applied to this less expensive "Panda" series shown below - should be of strong interest to audiophiles everywhere.

ESD Panda.
How's that for a loudspeaker cabinet interior.
CNC precision-machined aero-aluminum, I'm told.
