Apogee Grand driven by two Sphinx project 14s, passive Diva xover on panel and Audio Research active xover to subs. Kind of a Frankenstein but sounded amazing and better than a fully active Grsnd.

still transformative. The KEF R105/3 with a Krell 300il. In both cases the speakers were so revealing I'd forget why I was listening and with both combo's the amps fleshed out the midrange enough to change opinions about the speakers character.
