Hey there Jack. That's the rub. The only Steely Dan SACD heretofore was Gaucho. A man of your means can afford a couple of them...one for you, one for your brother. It is Christmas after all.

The Gaucho DVD-A is extremely good, too. It's readily available:

Actually I was wondering the same thing. I always listen to the LP and my digital is just downloaded AAC. Come to think of it I don't even think I've even seriously listened to the CD. Gaucho yes, Aja no.

I meant a CD of Aja Gav, I listen to the original LP but passed on the highly touted re-issue.

I have this and I think it sounds pretty good but not as good as the better LP pressings.
