30 second sample play issue with Jplay or Mconnect on Qobuz and Tidal

A non-WBF friend is experiencing an issue of only getting 30 second samples and auto-skipping to the next track when trying to play consecutive tracks from the same album. Has anyone else experienced this behavior? Solution?

Haha. I had a friend who ran into the same issue. When I dropped by, I found out they never signed up for Tidal. They were on some free trial version of Tidal or Qobuz I think. Once they actually signed up for an account and paid up (or promised to pay when the free period is over) and then enter their account into MConnect, the app stops pausing after 30 seconds.
