This album have somehow gone unnoticed to me. All the greats are playing here; Miles, Coltrane, Bill Evans, Ben Webster....what a find, great arrangements, good sound.

I have the digital download of this album as well: ''Carmen Gomes sings the Blues'' which is a more apt title.
The recording was done direct to two track analog tape following a pure analog signal chain. Very impressive sound quality and the band is fabulous. Jazz is alive and well.
