Very smart ad. The technology to disable cellphones while driving is of course incredibly easy to universally implement and mandate legally - why this has not happened yet is beyond me.

Yeah stunning ad.
Edorr, although disabling phones working while a car is on the move would interfere with calls for passengers, which may include the need for urgent calls to get through (from or to passenger).
Stopping on a fast moving highway would cause even more accidents in this scenario.
