Black Death [Bubonic Plague] is back.

Actually the Plaugue has never gone away-not to mention the Japanese weaponized it and used it against the Chinese in WWII. (Oh yes, the US captured the head of the Japanese biological warfare division after the war and later he became the head of the US biological warfare division.) There are a number of case reported every year in the US and around the world still.
