My purpose is to better understand the words we use to describe what we hear.
I feel most words we use are made up for the purpose for audio.
This is fine and needed , but I’ve always been curious about how others think.
A simple example :
one set of ear buds clearly has a vailed sound
The sounds are there but lack real definition
I mean a symbol crash is there but seems to be missing details of what a real one sounds like and better ear buds show this.
What term should be used to describe what missing or what the better ear bud has.
Please help me understand and use what’s used by most people who know the correct answer
