I Am A Ukrainian, This Needs To Go Viral

It was the soviets themselves that stopped the germans with help from the winter and to much stretched out supplylines , the battle of Stalingrad (turningpoint in the war)was one of the most fierce battles in history , in Russia the major german groundforces died , 9 out of 10 germanwarcasualties say : died in the east
Operation Barbarossa was meant to be a blitzkrieg, which would last a couple of months , thats why most germans had no proper winterclothes , hitler thought it would be over before winter
And yes stalin gave the order " no step back " in Stalingrad , but since the germans made not much prisoners they had no choice .
As far as the EU is concerned nigel farage of the UKIP in England can explain how they go to work.

here is the video :

Actually the Russians had other help despite what they claim.

The peoples responsible for the making and production of the video aren't secret, they're clearly listed on Youtube. They're hidden in plain sight ... just a few seconds of independent research would reveal that National Endowment for Democracy, Council on Foreign Relations, Larry Diamond, and others are responsible. But that research would first require questioning the official narrative being fed.

I have no doubt there is some real grassroots element to the uprising, but this video isn't. It's simple manufactured propaganda.

If it's "manufactured propaganda" what's the real truth?

Myles-I went to the link you provided and I don't see how it conflicts with the original video that started this thread. I see the article as being complimentary to the video. I don't know why someone would call the original video "propaganda" let alone "manufactured propaganda." Isn't "manufactured propaganda" an oxymoron? Propaganda by its very nature has to be manufactured.

Not to mention Putin's propaganda.

Sure you had the lend lease program for example , the air war ( battle of Britain off course) constant bombings , and the fighting in afrika and later the fighting in Normandy, but the Russian part in the german defeat is often shoved under the carpet

Actually if you study some of the history, American ships delivered arms and material to Russia, via very dangerous waters, through the USSR's Northern ports. The Communist were loathe to admit that. But on the other hand, they don't own up to many things.

That s called the lend lease program , you seem to be very mistrustfull of the Russians , I am not .
I am very happy Russia stopped military intervention in Syria for example , the US was willing to support al Qaida rebels to overthrow assad , because their arabfriends (oil) in Saudi Arabia wanted that .
I prefer the EU and the states would mind their own things a bit more, but since the EU desperately wants to be a superpower that will not happen

Bravo, right on! It was all about a pipeline ... disgusting how many people died, for what?

But don't make the mistake of thinking Russia is any 'better' than the West. Russia only got involved to protect their own oil interests.

Sure, most is about resources , ukrain probably as well .
We bring you " democracy" , in exchange for oil and gas :D

Well as I remember over the last couple of years, Russia has been using gas as a weapon. How many times during the last couple of winters has Russia cut off the supply of gas to the Ukraine?

There ain't no Saints baby. Everybody is watching out for their own. No exceptions.

Jack is right. I'm a news junkie which is why I try and read as much news as possible that originates outside of the US to get a more balanced perspective on world events.

Sometimes I feel like we are on the verge of WWIII. It seems like world wars never permanently solve anything. They create new problems that kick the can down the road for awhile. There are so many things brewing in the world right now. Japan has never been forgiven for what they did in WWII and China and Japan are at a simmering boil over some stupid rocks that just happened to be surrounded by oil/gas/mineral reserves on the ocean floor. Japan and South Korea are arguing over some other stupid rocks they both claim. Meanwhile, China has redrawn their map which shows the entire world basically belongs to China and they claim everything (and we used to think they just wanted Taiwan and Hong Kong back). Now that the UN is stepping up pressure on N. Korea and talking about putting up the young idiot on crimes against humanity charges, the paranoid regime may lash out at anytime. Let's not forget the middle east which is basically in shambles and ready to come apart at the seams. Not to mention the little Iranian problem that Israel keeps threatening to take care of itself if their lobbying groups in DC can't convince the US government to fight their war.

Yes and don't forget Africa with brush fires in Mali, Nigeria, Uganda, CAF, Somalia, Congo, Rwanda, etc.

Yeah, but no one really gives a damn about Africa. If they were sitting on major oil reserves everyone would probably care more. So for now, it's just crazy African countries run by despots that are killing each other and it hardly creates a yawn in the world community. Since the world is running out of countries that we can exploit for cheap labor, Africa would be ripe for the picking if they could ever stop killing each other long enough to set up shop.

Nigeria is a large oil producer.
