Has anyone tried this between their CD, Phono, or Dac?.From what I have read put this between the Dac and preamp you don’t need a high priced Dac..does it work..

I have asked about this before. The consensus seems to be if there are impedance issues on long interconnect runs, or impedance mismatches from the CDP to the amp.
FWIW, it's really not clear from the Whest literature who this is aimed at.

What I don't understand is the CDP/dac is connected via analog RCAs to the Whest, thnce to the preamp.
I just don't know what's being "changed" when the CDP has already fully outputted it's signal. Isn't it "too late" to ameliorate things at that late stage?

I've only had PMs on this...was informed it's surplus to requirements if
1...the interconnects btwn CDP/dac and preamp aren't stupidly long
2...there isn't a massive impedance mismatch btwn CDP/dac and preamp.
Maybe it's a solution looking for a problem.

...have you reviewed the language on their returns page? Yikes!
if I cannot return beauty products, I would not deal with this company:

"Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products)"

Say what?
