while we patiently await new season starts of all the really good continuing series, this one provided some interesting viewing over 2 nights Written by, directed by and acted in the lead role Robin Wright is actually pretty good in this 6 episode one season miniseries. To me she has always. been The Princess Bride and Miss Jenny in Forrest Gump and Sean Penn's ex. I also enjoyed her in House of Cards. This one is on Prime so you have to endure a few minutes of commercials at the start of each episode to fatten the pockets of Jefff Bezos
Each episode runs about an hour with the finale reaching an inevitable and easy to figure out ending . There are some interesting scenes that are enough to make you watch more until you realize "it has to end this way". There are some things that take place that are so preposterous yet nonetheless are necessary for the progression the story
