pointer in the right direction please guys and girls

Hi all, a pointer please if anyone knows, just collecting my startup bits and bobs before I start my systems restoration, form the attached photo does anyone know what is the tool called that is used for unwinding/rewinding the wire that is attached to the poles on the back of the speaker plugs and where can I buy this tool from? thanks in advance for any info supplied. Martin
