Pioneer pl 12 45rpm

Does anyone know of a turntable that plays 16rpm? I'm trying to learn some guitar by slowing down the speed.
Try a cassette deck or a reel to reel tape machine. Digital stuff can be easily manipulated through various apps also.

Just my opinions

If it's switched to 16rpm you have a steady speed. With analog devices like cassette and reel to reel you have to manipulate the speed with your hand. How are you going to play the guitar? There's a few 4 speeds out there, I just want the best bang for the buck.

I need a spring to adjust the leveling of my tone arm onto the record. I am using a pioneer pl 12. There is no resistance when lowering the tonearm with the switch. It basically just doesn't have one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
