My Big system with Concert Fidelity DAC and Amplifiers

Hooked up and sound good. Very well integrated. Here's the rub though. There's always one in this hobby.

I had forgotten the CF inverts phase. I corrected that with the Sashas by reversing positive & negative at the amplifier terminals. What do I do with the LoKes though? I can set phase on the LoKes to 180 degrees but that's as high as the adjustment goes. Do I set it to 174 to replicate the 6 degree phase difference I'm using now with the LoKes (we didn't think about the preamp outputting 180 degrees out of phase). It sounds good now, neither my friend nor me realized the CF was inverting.

The inside layout of the Alize preamp is very different than of their LX3 preamps. Also the tubes are located inside, and not on the back panel. Lots of RF protection inside in the Alize.

I think they're different output tubes as well. I have the latest version of the CF 080 with one balanced input & output. It uses 12AU7s.

I just replaced the stock rectifier with a Mullard EZ81 and that seems to have helped.
Although the Mullard is nice, personally I liked the RFT EZ81 even more, great stereo separation/presentation and added life to the music

How important is it to have a Phono Stage with the ability to select an equalization curve and to be able to choose it correctly?

I'm going to look or one to buy. I hadn't see any other recommendations on EZ81s (other than Mullard) before this. Thanks.
