Kind of a sequel to Olympus Has Fallen it seems.

watched it last night.

90 minutes of explosions, world leaders blown up,London landmarks blown up, literally 100's of evil muslims being killed and annihilated singled handedly by super hero Gerard Butler. Combine that with a scrip so weak and far fetched it makes James Cameron seem like a literary genius and acting so wooden I thought pinocchio was going to make an appearance .

What's not to like. Very enjoyable action movie

Finally watched this movie last night against my better judgement ( I hadn't read you excellent summary, XV-1)

A very bad movie. Derivative to the max.. Take "Olympus has Fallen" cut and paste new bad guys and different locale. This time however Gerald Butler was much more accurate: He will shoot 40 bad guys with his machine gun without missing once and not getting nicked either .. Did this crap make any money? That would be sad it it did.

I wasn't sure if I should have purchased this Blu-ray to add to Olympus in my BR library.

It reads and sounds like a comedy. Only reality isn't, and it's not the bad guys that only get discarded.

So what's next in that movie franchise, Paris?
