my mid and late 90's Classic Records single sided classical 45's are still standard setters IMHO. today those tapes are 30 years older. it will be interesting to hear how these new mastering's compare. could be better. Bernie doing these too? and maybe some new titles too.

Seems to me they are using the old metal plates from their first pressings at acoustic sounds.

ok, thanks. mixed feelings about it. at least the volume of Classic Records 45 single sided pressings was low. so maybe minimal wear. does eliminate the tape age issue.
