Nice one. Can you share some experiences with us?
Bill and I spent 5 hours in one of my most intense music sessions where the General DJed jazz and blues covering, among others, Doug Watkins, art Blakey, Hank Mobley, a fantastic copy of Duke Ellington's back to back LP, lightning Hopkins, muddy waters, Charlie Patton, Robert Johnson, Donald Byrd etc

Interesting you mentioned Duke Ellington's Back to Back. I recently found an original copy from 1960 of this record in very good condition. It sound amazing with GE VR11 cartridge from 1956
Wabash Blues never sounded so good.
Happy days

Thank you General!

Ked, I asked him about some fairly accessible classical pieces. I discover some on my own regularly but he has a collection that is literally 1000x bigger than my own... I might as well give a listen to what such a collector likes. I will learn and enjoy. But I'm happy to get PM's.
