I don’t feature a shopping trolley on my website as I believe that it is important that we first have a conversation by email to confirm the best value solution for your system / aspirations. This is not an up-selling exercise - sometimes a cheaper model may be better - and customers can often take money out of their systems whilst also achieving better sound quality. That is always satisfying!
This approach may sometimes see me decline a sale if I feel it is not in a customer’s best interest e.g. an enquirer last month already had a decent usb cable on his $2k streamer fed by an ethernet cable costing $6k! Far better to rebalance his expenditure with a better server before buying a better usb cable whose potential he may not otherwise realise. In a couple of other cases where people want to feed their subwoofers, I recommended the cheaper Elite power cord with NCF plug-set over the more expensive Bocchino terminated options.
From that point onwards, the order is processed with payment typically by PayPal or Transferwise. If the product is in stock, it often ships that same day by courier and the customer is sent a tracking link. I’ve attached a screenshot of a recent shipment which was delivered next working day, some 5000 miles away. All pretty painless really!
