Greetings!

Hi all,

New member (as of today) and thought I'd say hi, so "hi"! Not had much chance to view round the site, but no doubt will in the next few days.

Been into music for more years than I probably care to remember offhand and currently enjoy a modest setup with a recently acquired, and rather brilliant Denon DVD-3930 universal player. Those of you who recall it on release around 2006/7 will remember how good it is perhaps. It's replaced a Marantz SA7001KI CD/SACD player.

The handle "record spot" harks back to when I used a turntable, but now no longer. Familiarity breeds comfort though and I'm loathe to dump it now ("digital spot" just doesn't have the same ring to it!)!

Anyway, looking forward to joining in the discussions!

Welcome to the forum as well. And yes, I do remember the buzz that the Denon created at the time. Universal players were so magical at the time.
