JackD201 on this forum can vouch for this tubed preamplifier- it really is very good at its price point (I find it better than Cary, VTL 5.5, etc). I use a DarTZeel integrated now, so do not have a need for this piece anymore.
This is the latest version using four 6SN7s- I will include TJ Music tubes with only a few hundred hours on them. Valvet specializes in minimalist circuits with high quality parts (think Munsdorf, silver) that have wonderful tone and resolution and absolutely zero negative feedback. This preamplifier is also very flexible with both balanced/unbalanced inputs/outputs, gain controls on the front, a separate (and heavy) power supply, and remote control.

Retail: 6k
Sale Price: 3k
