I think so. The new venue (as of last year) offers more ‘bigger’ rooms than the previous venue. The hotel is also laid out “longer and lower” - 4 show floors but they go a good ways with many rooms. Parking is good. The elevators are better. From the start it had always been (to me) a more “family friendly” show - more couples, even kids - than other shows. It’s only in the last year maybe that I’ve seen a slight uptick in folks like this at other U.S. shows. The car audio is a nice complement. It’s not head banging car audio, by any means. Some of them are rather amazing from a true high end audio POV.
Besides, Tampa in February! It’s a lot nicer weather wise than Chi-town in April!
I will be there at least two days.
I have gone to the Florida show three times. Twice at the old hotel and once last year at the new venue.
They have all been well produced, and I have always found new and exciting products there.
Well worth going to.
