Most of you who know me are aware that for the past 18 years I have lived in the SF Bay Area where I have been fortunate enough to have a dedicated room large enough that it serves both as my audio room but also as my Home Theater. Those who know me are also aware that Southern California is our true home. We moved form South Orange County to the Bay Area in 1993 and finally we are going home. I listed and sold my house in less than one week and then made a whirl wind trip back south several weeks ago and my wife and I found an absolutely great house in a planned community called Coto De Caza where my back yard is on the 16th fairway of the golf club in this community. In fact it is almost the same size as my present house but due to the layout does not have a room big enough for a home theater. It was nip and tuck in fact whether the room in the house I designated for audio would even house my Wilson X-2's. Suffice it to say I am not parting with them as I work on plans to develop a room in the house.

So my loss is your gain because the reality of my home theater is it's very low hours used. For sale are the following items

Sim2 C3X1080 Projector

Isco ll anamorphic lens

Cineslide

Stewart Greyhawk CineV 2.35 132" screen with electric side panels to convert to 16 x 9

Wilson Audio Watch center in black almondine

2 Wilson WATCH center and a 3rd WATCH rear channel all in piano gloss black

Lexicon MC12HD Balanced AV Processor

Krell TAS 5 channel 200 wpc Amplifier

I looked at the bulb life used to date on the Sim2 and it is only 407 hours. It is pristine and has the T1 throw lens which works for a throw distance between 14-18 feet but ideal around 15-17 feet

I am only looking for a fair deal for both parties. I can assure all equipment is 9/10.

I have all original crates, manuals and remotes

If interested please PM me.If you live in the Bay Area and interested it is worth coming by for a demo.

Steve,

Congrats on the move, one door closes, another opens. It's too bad we didn't get a video tour of the old (legendary) room...

My best!

Peter B.

I can't tell you the feeling I have of leaving that room Peter. I know my next one won't be any where near as big but have to figure out the optimum size for the X-2's as it's still on the drawing board

Hate to mention it, but is that the same Coto that put the capital S in Shallow with the Bravo program "The Real Wives of Orange County"?

Thanks to the WBF Trading Post I have sold almost the entire theater. I have left the Isco ll anamorphic lens and cineslide as well the Stewart 132" grayhawk 2.35 CineV screen. I will sell these at unheard of prices so if interested in this almost new equipment please PM me

I also have many different sizes of ASC tube traps from 16", 15",13" and 9". For anyone in the SF Bay Area who wants to pick up tube traps at blowout prices, please PM me
