Dynaudio C1 chronology

I'm currently looking at a pair of C1 MK2's from Dynaudio but I'm quite puzzled about the C1 timeline, there seem to be 4 models - C1, C1 MK2, C1 Signature and C1 Platinum.
Does anyone know what differences there are between the models and what their manufacture date was?

The MK2 and Signature are the same speaker - both having a slight change to the cross over. The Signature had an upgraded finish.

The Platinum has the following: upgraded cabinet finishes, improved Esotar2 tweeter, aluminium parts now finished in satin black, upgraded crossover and internal cabling
