digital media player AK100

Astin & Kern AK100 borrowed one from local dealer , looked like a very expensive ipod at first
connected headphone output via a 3.5mm rca adaptor and plugged into my power amp

16/44 Red book rips & some 24/96 , 24/192 downloads , could not believe the sound quality
cannot think of a Cd player that can compete on sound quality at anything near its price point
giant killer , it is not going back another nail in the CD coffin

Anyone else try this? I'm thinking of it, but can't decide if it's worth it to do the impedence mod...
