I tried a couple USB reclockers. Non were sonically better than the internal USB in my server. My server is a JCat card. One of their better ones. It has its own power supply in the server.

I don't know of any device that hasn't benefited from the Mutec, regardless of the price tag. Whether it's a CD transport, streamer, or PC, use a good digital cable, such as an Aural Symphonics SPDIF or AES/EBU XLR.
This conjures up a realism in digital reproduction like no other, only used available hard to find.

I though you were talking about Mutec clocks in general. I have heard they work well on a switch or CD player and some DAC. I have not tried the Mutec on my USB. I tried 2 other and both were a dud. No change. I already have a very good clock in the USB card and an excellent power supply in the Mojo Audio server that feeds the card. I will look elsewhere for gains in digital.
Super excited about this new digital interface from AC. IIUC, this device is very much like the usb x4 interface from playback design (functionality wise), but with a much more beefy power supply. It’s not something like the msb dd or the dcs upsampler, and won’t have the dsp processing power as in those devices. Is that correct?

I have heard that it will be at dealers for demo by January and available for purchase end of January, beginning of February. Sounds like a new USB interface.
