Burmester 069 laser replacement

I,m in a need to replace the laser on my 069 and was wondering if some here in this forum have done it before and can help me out with tips ect.
I,m sourcing a new cd laser right now and would love to to get some help.

Just send it to Berlin. It should get done. If you are in a city which has a dealer, then there is a possibility it can be done locally. I got my cd 061 drive mechanism replaced locally through the dealer

Thank you for your question. As a representative of Burmester, I recommend that you do not attempt to repair the laser on your 069 yourself. The unit is a highly complex and sensitive piece of equipment, and self-repair could cause further damage.

For a professional and reliable repair, we recommend that you either:

• Take your unit to an authorized Burmester dealer. They can perform the repair or work with a suitable workshop.
• Have a certified technician handle the repair. Depending on the specific defect, it may make more sense to send the unit directly to us or for us to send a pre-checked drive unit to the dealer or workshop for a simple one-to-one replacement.
