Much of the music recorded by Peter is well respected, and would be ideal as part of a reference listening music collection.
Another great forum that I lurk has just recently been discussing this and how to purchase the music, from post 25 (Debby Wilson) onwards shows how to purchase some of these wonderful CDs:

Keep on reading through though as further links and info appear, such as post 34.

Happy buying :)

The Audiofon tapes we tranferred for him were amazing!

Good to hear Bruce :)
And great that it is possible to purchase some of these superb recordings.
Kudos to Debby Wilson for pulling this info all together to assist those interested.

Orb,

It is really a small world. For many years - more than 20 - I have raved about the Harmonia Mundi recordings of the Philarmonia Baroque Orchestra conducted by Nicholas McGegan (even at WBF) - the Vivaldi flute concertos, the Handel Messiah Oratorio and the Water Music, and several others, as they have a very natural and lifelike quality. Some years ago I tried to have some technical details about the recordings and could only find that they were engineered by someone called Peter McGrath - but could not associate with "the" Peter McGrath, now of Wilson Audio, I often read about.

Many thanks for pointing this enlightening link!
