Yes, I just heard it on the news... they said it was heart related. I was in a room with someone who had never heard of Bill Withers but then who instantly knew every one of his songs that were played in his story.

Very much a giant really. I am very sorry to hear of his passing... but such an amazing legacy in music to be celebrated.

In a year of untold losses each still very important. Rest in peace Bill Withers.

Bill Withers, like Bob Marley, made a lot of great music in a short period. Like Marley, his music has aged well.
