    Really nice turntables you have there! I really like the rugged look of the 301 and 401, and that will probably be the way for me too. I have also considered the Acoustand classic plinth, which is the same principle as the original SME plinth for 401, but a bit more rugged and heavier.

    Thanks @je2a3, it's a Korf TA-SF9R tonearm, paired with Korf ceramic headshell and Ikeda 9TS. The plinth is only temporary, and made of very light and low density fiber/plywood boards. Still not decided which way to go, but I think I might go with a quite rough plywood look, but with better...

    It’s crazy. Wonder what Alfred does. How many tonearms does he sell? I ordered in october and in january hes said he would ship next week. I have very little trust left. Now he says he has the parts ready and will ship. Don’t believe him, and heard that before.

    Well, I think Alfred just have messed things up. Lost track of orders, and that is why he gets so many complains on email that he now struggles to handle. The frustration is reaching new levels every week. I'm really happy for Adnick, and also glad to hear that Alfred is not dead or something...
