For you horn guys: What kind of compression driver are you using for high frequencies? Why that choice (if you know...)
The lowest possible THD2 and THD3, the strongest motor, extremly short x-max and a low cut off and a ultra linear response. These are the basics to get a perfect compression driver.- Swen

The piano finish was 800 hours. 6 layers color and 6 layers high gloss. All in all 1300 hours with horns and drivers. The customer kicked out the Avantgarde Trio 4 bass horns, his Cabasse and MBL. Now he's satisfied and his wife also- Swen

It's in the south of France. Active with fir filters generated by Matlab. DSP is "The Room" The bass horns are a new development with 4x 15" in a 3 Meter channel and 1.8 sqm mouth. -3dB at 23/24Hz.,Ob 7 meter distance your stomach gets kicked into your back bone. We've just set up a nice pair of 15A. Listened with the Apolyt Turntable and Kondo IO-M, Goldmund, Schroeder Reference, Onyx, Air Tight PC1 and some Audio Note Japan devices. What a beautiful week- Swen

New ground with 5 cm mpx under the ground, New carpet with an ultra high absorption, calculated absorbers and diffusers and the ground under the turntable is now separated from the rest of the floor.
