And Andrew Jones of Pioneer/ELAC fame has signed on board with MoFi to design create a line of speakers for them. First the turntables, now this. What does MoFi have in store/in mind moving forward?

Hi Lee - When I looked at the TAS Web site for Axpona coverage, I only saw a reference to the TAS Facebook page. Will you consider posting coverage on the Web site? I don't use Facebook. Thnx.
Tim,

We spent a lot of time coding a link to the Facebook page. You don’t have to be a member of Facebook to see it. We did this for non-members. Just visit the Axpona blog at the link above.

(Referring to a Facebook page shows being out of touch.)
Seriously Al? Loads of audiophiles are on Facebook. We get 400,000 unique visitors a month. You don’t know what you are talking about.

And Mike Lavigne and Kingrex should take a class in marketing as Facebook is huge in this industry.

Tired of all the fucking complaining on this site. The hobby suffers from it.

You can't please all of the people all of the time. ;)

Have another drink and entertain your 400K viewers with some of that energy.

The first rule of marketing is not to post a link that requires login to a site that many do not use. Which is what unfortunately you did above, Lee, in your opening post.

Probably your Edge account security. We tested it on both Apple and Windows before launch with no issues.
Lee, i actually went on back and the security was set to STRICT and it did not work, and then I set it to the recommended BALANCED and it did not work. When I finally set it to BASIC and visited the link above then and ONLY then could I see the encapsulated Facebook AXPONA feed. I reckon for such purposes I can launch a separate browser like OPERA and keep that in totally open (insecure) for the purpose of viewing such from the TAS website.

As for the Facebook link, there are some issues depending upon browsers and one's respective browser cache. Logging out of Facebook and attempting to view the Facebook feed was/is never going to work. It kept asking for my login, but then Edge is my default browser and I'm not about to clear the history and cache.

So, I proceeded to Safari where I logged out of Facebook and, when that still refused to work I experimented with clearing my cache and I was able to view the feed, although Facebook did keep prompting me to login/join Facebook to "experience" the entire feed.

I then proceeded to Opera which was totally cleared of any history and cache and made the attempt, and there it failed, as I mentioned about keeping OPERA totally open in an earlier reply, I de-activated OPERA's integrated VPN software, and only then was I able to view the feed without having to log in as a Facebook user.

Totally understand leveraging Facebook to a;) reach a wider audience. b;) make use of their structured feed/blog features for posting media (text, images, video) and enabling comments. That indeed makes sense. As outlined above viewing such content as a non-Facebook user is doable, the content can be accessible, it's just that there are some browser caveats. At the end I did get it to work.

As for encapsulating the Facebook feed on the TAS web page, I can see that it took some doing. It is a lot less cumbersome to do this than create a separate blog on the TAS website mirroring the data/media of the TAS Facebook AXPONA feed. There are trade-offs and compromises when the Facebook feed is made to serve two masters

Again, in the end, I was able to make it work.

I'm not sure what I said to deserve the pop shot Lee. Anyhow, I am curious, even though you have a lot of facebook views, are they valuable hits. Traffic and phone calls can also be noise. A big distraction from actual customers and work.

I had no trouble viewing the short vignettes via Firefox from either of the FB links posted by bonzo75 and Lee. I am not a Facebook or other social media user, and while viewing on Facebook I did not get any persistent FB sign up messages

I just had our team test the website link on both windows and mac and they encountered no issues in viewing the content on the website when logged off Facebook. I then tested it myself on my iPad Pro and encountered no issues.

I could have been more polite but there are times where this forum reveals itself to be very critical.

As for how we make money with Facebook, it revolves around reach, impressions and content. We will never sell videos to readers for a fee but we can amplify the message of a manufacturer.
