NOS and never used in anger and complete with manufacturers operating point instruction booklet … A couple of pins and one anode cap to clean off a little light oxidisation followed by testing and measuring :

Don't add anode voltage right away, let these treasures awaken slow from their 60 years slumber.Imagine you have a hangover after a weekend of drinking you don't work well right away:p
