20 min eliptical bike daily except Wednesdays, 2 days cardiac 2 days strenght loops
100 abs daily - 5 sets of 20
3 hours a week tennis lessons with Pro
20 min daily walking the dog at night daily - it does count if you get to know my dog!
5 by 16 repetitions, 5 kgms weight scuffs - 2 day biceps, 2 day triceps per week

Still can't get to my optimum weight!
