Apparently, the Sony Legacy Gold CD ZK66220 produced by Bob Irwin is one of the better transfers of this recording.

Was this one of the 300 cd's you threw away?

Love Van. As great as it is, this collection is the remnants of his first solo career, the one in which Bang Records was trying to make a British invasion pop star out of him. By the time this was released, Van was living in Boston, playing in clubs and coffee houses and working on the material that would become Astral Weeks. The rest, as they say, is history.
