Saw this yesterday and absolutely loved it. Could be the sleeper of the year. The film gives great credibility to Bradley Cooper as an actor as he was that good and IMO could garner an Oscar nomination for Best Actor. This film will have you smiling, laughing or even choking back a tear. Run time is just right at 125 minutes

Film stars Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Robert DeNiro

Taken from IMDB........After a stint in a mental institution, former teacher Pat Solitano moves back in with his parents and tries to reconcile with his ex-wife. Things get more challenging when Pat meets Tiffany, a mysterious girl with problems of her own.

This film really should be seen as you wont be disappointed. Bradley Cooper is getting some terrific leading roles lately and is rapidly evolving as an "A" actor

Well at the Film Critics Awards last night, not only was the movie nominated but got the following nominations

David O. Russell’s “Silver Linings Playbook” also impressed with 10 nominations for Best Picture, Best Actor for Bradley Cooper, Best Actress for Jennifer Lawrence, Best Supporting Actor for Robert De Niro, Best Acting Ensemble, Best Director for David O. Russell, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Comedy, Best Actor in a Comedy for Bradley Cooper and Best Actress in a Comedy Jennifer Lawrence.

Not surprisingly the film won for Best Comedy and Ensemble Cast but so also Best Actor for Bradley Cooper and Best Actress for Jennifer Lawrence

This film is absolutely the sleeper of the year and should not be missed as it is just that good

Beautiful movie. Whole family loved it. Aside from the main players, Cooper and Lawrence, De Niro was a joy to watch. And the comic scene that ensued with the NFL Eagles bit, that was funny. I was giggling all throughout. Definitely Oscar materials in all things.

And I never knew the Bradley Cooper was THE Phil in Hangover 1 and 2. :D Whoa. What a guy. Wonder if Chow is going to get a lead role someday. :D
