Has anyone directly compared the new Classic Legend Series vs the Classic anniversary Series?
Alternatively, has anyone experience with the Classic Legend Series?

I did no comparison within the Siltech line up but I did do an A/B against comparably priced Accusound speaker cable which I do own. Accusound mostly unknown in the Audiophile community but well regarded in Pro Audio studios. It took no time to know these are special. Now On order
680L speaker cable and interconnects. Accousond is a silver copper blend and I thought the Siltech being almost all silver would sound too bright, on the contrary. Next up I am going to Demo the 880L speaker cable against my Transparent Gen5 Reference cable in my other system.

I have the 770 L and never found any brightness, only downside with siltech is price I would say. I find them excessively priced.

I find almost every cable I like excessively priced but I've paid less and gotten less. Although it is hard to grasp, looking at a cable price that can rival a component price. I will say this Siltech 680L was one of the first cables ( in the $5000 to $12,000 USD price range) I didn't have to go back and forth many times to say yes It's better than what I have .

A big upgrade to my cable was to re-terminate and change the siltech bananas with oyaide SPSL spades.
I thought Siltech could have done a better job in the termination.
Like half of the contact was with the plastic insulation.
Try it if you buy Siltech SC. Only thing is that the spades will sound shrill for like 70-80 hours. After you will get more grip, much more presence and details. Really worth it.

Please share your impressions of these 2 cables whenever you get to compare them? What amps and speakers are you using? Many thanks
