I have the AQ Diamond and actually prefer the midrange of the Venom. The Diamond has wonderful detail but the Venom has a fuller, more natural midrange to my ears. It takes a while to break in.

I concur, the Shunyata Research Venom USB Cable is a real bargain... I love mine... Cooked mine on the Audiodharma Cable Cooker for several days...
