For my money it has to go to Tom Thibodeau in his rookie year as coach who will almost certainly win over 60 games.

Greg Popovich a close second and Scott Brooks of OKC at 3rd

Biased as I may be, I'd go for Thibs too. Nobody expected this kind of improvement, the Bulls could end with the leagues' best record George Karl might be a second choice.

I'd vote for Coach Thibodeau too. The move by the Bulls to hire him was a fantastic decision by the front office. That move also negated a possible promotion to Celts' head coach in case Doc retires. Still, Thibs is a brilliant coach, as he is proving to be, and could be one rookie coach to win a title even.
