Glad to see they are actually using N52 neodymium magnets, NOT N48 as they claimed for the M9 press release:

All our M and most of the S and A Series drivers use a single, super-sized N52 Neodymium ring magnet.

One can not overlook the notion that the company is doing impressive research and product development. I am impressed with just how far Magico has come as a business in 15-20 years and with the breadth and depth of their product range. It is quite an accomplishment in this industry.

Magico does put out a well researched and finished product. I would like to listen to the M2 down the road. It would be some time before I could entertain a purchase so perhaps a v2 or v3 version of M2 will be around by then.

When I bought my Magico S1 MkIIs I thought they were expensive for a 2 way loudspeaker. Now when i listen to the speaker’s stunning ability to create the original recording acoustic in a fully immersive yet highly focussed manner, i honestly think they represent really good value in terms of the high-end sound quality they produce.

I find the section about loudspeaker footers particularly interesting because there are graphs showing actual results on cabinet resonances with the Magico MPod footers and those from a competitor.
