The Devil music!

* Susan Tedeschi (got few albums of her); I don't see her in her. ...Also, not a big fan of Susan (I'm simply being honest).
** Janis Joplin; I don't see her in her either. ...I'm a huge fan of Janis (got several of her albums, if not all).

What I like of musicians (female guitarists) is innovation, creativity, new stuff.
...And if they write and sing their own songs with passion on top of that, the better.

Did you check out Feist, ticks those boxes, some really interesting arrangements particularly on 'Metals'

Steve, let me know if you're interested; she's coming to the Biscuits & Blues in S.F. on Fri, 9/23. I will be there for the 8:00 p.m. show, seated dead center, 5 feet from the stage.

Looks like that view will kill ya Ron.

Here's a great female singer and guitarist who plays here (Austin) often. Sorta like a cross between Susan Tedeschi and Janis Joplin.

She doesn't have a bottle of Jack Daniels next to here when she is playing does she? She just might be the reincarnation of Janis. She has the look and the sound.
