Digital Silence tracks

Can anyone help to create short digital silence tracks in various resolution, and duration?
I need them to insert in between tracks in a playlist for academic studies

I need them in 3-secs and 1-minute durations

dsd 64fs
pcm 24bit/192kHz
pcm 24bit/96kHz
pcm 24bit/88.2kHz
pcm 24bit/44.1kHz
pcm 16bit/44.1kHz
